Please Allow Me to Introduce Myself...
I came across a revealing yet not-surprising fact the other day. A study found that the #1 reason people bought cars from a particular auto dealership was because they liked the salesperson. As a car salesman I found this nearly profound so I began searching the 'Net to find out what was the #1 fear of car shoppers; the result? You guessed it--the salesperson.
Shoppers feared the salesperson would pressure them, badger them or flat out cheat them. And while I believe this stereotype of a car salesman is not nearly as deserved as it was ten years ago I have to admit that there are still plenty of car salesmen (and women) that fully warrant a customer's trepidation.
With these two observations in mind I built this website. It's often awkward meeting a stranger for the first time and in these pages I will introduce myself to you as well as share some interesting tidbits about Honda automobiles. My hope is that by learning about who I am, what I stand for and how I spend my time when I'm not at work you will find someone with whom you will feel comfortable buying a car.
I have found that "TLC", the Terry Lee Commitment, works very well for me and my customers. Simply stated, if you don't want to buy a car I will not try to sell you one. What I will do is try my best to provide you with the information you need to make an intelligent purchasing decision. And if that decision leads you back to me and Terry Lee Honda, we will both be happy!
